Naturally, due to the effects of Covid19 on the performing arts industry, the 20-21 season looks very different than previous seasons. While her public performances have been significantly cut back, Thea Lobo can be seen regularly online with Church of the Redeemer, Sarasota, and with Indictus Project, in addition to the following events:

19 October ~ 5pm ~ Church of the Redeemer, Sarasota, FL ~ Thea Lobo sings with EnsembleNewSRQ in a livestreamed concert event. 

7 November ~ Univ. South Florida (online) ~ The duo Songeaters (Thea Lobo and pianist Eunmi Ko) perform featured song compositions for USF's virtual New Music Festival.

Late November ~ Boston Early Music Festival (online) ~ Ms. Lobo can be seen in archival streaming events from previous seasons.

December ~ Church of the Redeemer, Sarasota, FL ~ Thea Lobo appears in Church of the Redeemer's beloved Lessons and Carols for the holidays. 

December ~ Church of the Redeemer, Sarasota, FL ~ Ms. Lobo performs the alto solos in Händel's Messiah.

9 January ~ Univ. South Florida (online) ~ The duo Songeaters (Thea Lobo and pianist Eunmi Ko) perform featured song compositions for USF's virtual New Music Festival.

13, 14 February ~ Church of the Redeemer, Sarasota, FL ~ Thea Lobo appears with Emmanuel Music and the Sarasota-Bradenon Bach Festival for a collaborative online presentation. 

22 May ~ 8pm ~ First Church, Cambridge, MA ~ Ms. Lobo joins John Ehrlich and the Spectrum Singers for a program of Haydn and Stravinsky.

9 March ~ 7:30pm ~ Church of the Redeemer, Sarasota, FL ~ Ms. Lobo appears with the Sarasota-Bradenton Bach Festival to offer Bach's solo alto cantata, BWV 170. 

16 February ~ 5pm ~ Church of the Redeemer, Sarasota, FL ~ Thea Lobo sings Brahms's Alto Rhapsody for Church of the Redeemer's February Evensong Service.

10 November ~ 10am ~ Trinity Church, Vero Beach, FL ~ Thea Lobo appears as alto soloist in the Mozart Requiem.

5 April ~ 8pm ~ Jordan Hall, Boston ~ Thea Lobo was featured by The Shakespeare Concerts in 'Hath Not a Jew Eyes'.

2 April ~ 7:30pm ~ College of the Holy Cross ~ Thea Lobo was joined by pianist Noriko Yasuda and bass-baritone Brian Church to offer an art song recital program about Love and the Spring.

 

21-24 February ~ Pheonix and Tucson, AZ areas ~ Ms. Lobo joined True Concord to perform Bach's St. Matthew Passion.
